Extensions and alterations to a Grade II listed property.

The client was keen to resolve circulation to the existing house, reposition the kitchen to the rear and extend to form a new garden room to enjoy views over the substantial garden and paddocks. The completed scheme introduced two new gable extensions to balance the front and rear elevations. A new traditionally detailed garden room with large Victorian lantern light opens up the house to the rear, whilst a new formal porch adds focus to the front elevation.
