Description
The existing grade II listed Georgian house was connected at the rear to a dilapidated former dairy. The brief for a new kitchen and garden room although supported by the conservation officer was restricted by the existing position of an historic flint wall. The proposed kitchen extension, constructed in materials to match the existing house is positioned away from the house and connected via a glazed link and. A contemporay styled fully glazed extension built off of the existing flint wall provides unitnterupted views of the garden.
